I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California with 5 years in private practice as well as 25 years in mental health settings, focusing on individuals, and young adults as well as other specialties. I have worked with clients with issues including, depression, anxiety, anger management, relationship issues, parenting and couples’ issues. I have also worked with people dealing with domestic violence, and trauma. My approach is to work with you in a warm, supportive environment. I feel it is important to build a trusting relationship where you are respected, listened to and we work together on your concerns. I use multiple clinical approaches including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Brief Therapy, Grief Therapy, Solution Based Therapy and Client-Centered Therapy.
