I am licensed in Maine with 25 years of professional work experience. My lived experience helps me provide compassionate individual, couples and group counseling, and easily connect to affected others in this life struggle. I offer a relationship based, cognitive behavioral approach to counseling, targeting your goals, offering support and guidance to help get you to a better life. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
