Hello, my name is Linda K. Brown, and I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida. I have been in the social services/counseling field since 1999. I am a graduate of Regent University with a Master’s in Counseling, have a number of certifications in marriage and family programs, and I am a Behavioral Specialist. I love to help women and teen girls deal with issues that keep them stuck in the past, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, no confidence in self. I listen from a heart-centered approach and I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Christian counseling.

Also, as a certified professional life coach, I help people know who they are and why they exist. I work with you to challenge barriers and behaviors that hinder forward movement to realized dreams and desires. Transformational life coaching is the foundation of this coaching process, along with psychoeducational techniques and evidence-based practices help you walk through the journey and live your designed purpose and destiny. I am passionate and strongly believe everyone is perfect for “their” purpose.
