I am a Mental Health Counselor on a limited permit (MHC-LP) with a Master of Science in Education. I work with adults and couples with various challenges such as: addiction recovery, depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy and Brief Solution Focused Therapy to assist the client with these challenges, identify triggers, and explore the potential for solutions. I prioritize creating a safe environment, where clients are encouraged to express themselves freely. My approach adapts depending on what my client is facing, and the goals and objectives they have. I aspire to build awareness towards improvement in overall mental health. I look forward to working together as a team!
