I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over 20 years. I enjoy helping people identify self-defeating behavioral patterns and replace them with healthier ways to cope. Of particular interest to me is counseling people struggling with depression, anxiety, or relationship issues. I utilize only research driven, clinically approved approaches to therapy, such as cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused methods.

I will not keep you in therapy longer than is necessary to get back to living life as it's meant to be lived. I am easy going and comfortable to talk to, and my goal for each session is for you to feel HOPE that the heaviness and stress you feel now will eventually subside as we move forward together.
