Hello, my name is Linda and I am a licensed professorial counselor located in beautiful Southwestern Colorado. I work with adults who struggle with panic, stress, depression, chronic physical or emotional pain. I provide compassionate support for individuals working with grief and losses; whether the grief is from life changes, aging or other losses. Being stuck in emotions is difficult and can become a cycle with little relief. Would you like to move from surviving to thriving? It is possible.

I Incorporate effective skill building and compassion to support a balanced approach to emotional health. In addition to standard interventions such as Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) , Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT )and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I am trained and experienced with Eye Movement Desensitization and Repossessing for working with trauma, chronic health concerns and reducing anxiety.
