Greetings, I am Linda Reinhart LCSW, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with three decades of experience as a licensed clinical social worker with intensive training in evidenced based and best practices for effective therapy with a focus on the Grieving Process, Depression, Anxiety and Trauma including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). My main areas of expertise include trauma, loss, relationship skills and mood issues
I am certified in multiple trauma processing therapies through a decade of working and getting trained through the Veterans Administration, working effectively with veterans. I am certified in Prolonged Exposure, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy and Integrative Behavior Couples Therapy through the VA extensive certification process including hands on consultation.
I have mentored other professionals in using Acceptance Commitment Therapy for Depression. I also mentored other professionals in using Mindfulness. I have successfully supported helping professionals including first responders with compassion fatigue and secondary trauma.
I have highly specialized training and certifications from nationally recognized professional organizations that defined curriculum/course of study and internship or equivalent supervised professional experience in the following specialties:
•Certified Therapist in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), receiving certification in 2012. Since then, I remain an active member of the EMDR International Association and remain current on the required continuing education credits. I have participated in three international conferences. Most importantly I have had significant success in using EMDR as one of my trauma processing tools with clients.
•Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) I have facilitated numerous CISM debriefings with first responders over the years; I have also been a contractor assisting agencies dealing with fatalities and traumas over the years.
•Advanced courses in Dialectical Behavior Therapy that helps with emotion regulation, relationship skills and being in the moment.
