I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Board Approved Clinical Supervisor. I have a proven track record of providing high quality Social Work/counseling services. My primary approach is the delivery of impactful, Trust Based Relational Intervention/person centered, and mindfulness therapies. I advocate for and empower subscribers, while promoting my "review, refocus and reshape" technique. I am able to engage individuals of diverse cultures and backgrounds and across the generational spectrum. Due to the uniqueness of each individual, the methods I employ are tailored to creatively address one's complex needs, devoid of judgement, critiques and criticism. Interpersonal skills, as well as, self disclosure are effective tools, enabling individuals to feel accepted and safe. Sensitive matters require discretion and I am committed to confidentiality and high ethical standards. My cutting edge style and dedication to elevating consciousness are effective.
