I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Processional and Certified EMDR Therapist. I specialize in working with survivors of abuse and other traumatic events. I have experience working with adults diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, etc. My therapy approach focuses on encouraging clients utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
