I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with over 25 years of experience working as a counselor and a life coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma , grief and loss, and career challenges. Also I have been privileged to work with many people who have experienced caregiver burnout, parenting problems, behavioral and learning issues.

My counseling style is personal, warm, and interactive. My style seeks to create a safe, non-judgmental space to encourage insight, compassion and perspective to lead to personal growth and well-being. My counseling approaches include but are not limited to cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, brief solution-based, and rational-emotive counseling. This is about you and together we will work as a team to achieve your goals for your best life!
