I have experience in helping clients with managing and coping with stress, anxiety, addictions, anger management, trauma, personality disorders, depression, among many other areas. I believe in a collaborative patient-therapist relationship to develop a treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I also believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and providing a safe and supportive environment to allow you to comfortably share your experiences.
