My name is Lily Rivera, but everyone calls me Annie. I am a Compassionate and caring Psychotherapist with 20+ years of employment in the Mental Health field. I am highly skilled at building trust with diverse individuals to promote client honesty and growth while helping you feel safe to open up. I have experience working with ages from 3 to 85 years old and a range of disorders and various other specialties. I use a broad range of modalities to enhance your overall success. I consider myself to honestly care about your progress and want to make a difference for the better. My educational background includes a Master’s degree in Mental Health, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in Florida. I also have many certifications in trauma-based cognitive behavioral therapy and am Adoption Competency certified. My work experience includes many diverse settings with Addiction settings, Mental Health hospitals, Private Practice, and community-based care. I firmly believe that you are the expert yourself, and I am here to empower you, not fix you, so that you have the confidence to cope with whatever struggles life brings.
