I am a highly skilled and compassionate Trauma Therapist dedicated to providing exceptional care within a holistic framework. I have over 30 years of professional counseling experience. I have worked with specifically trauma-related cases and have implemented effective treatment for adults enduring a variety of mental health and/or addiction disorders. As a Counselor in the healing profession, my emphasis is on furthering wellness and growth. My focus is on assisting my clients in the healing, stability and empowerment they are seeking. I am also certified as a Master Addictions Counselor and provide Clinical Supervision for both Mental Health Counselors and Addiction Counselors seeking licensure.

Therapy is a collaboration between therapist and client and I believe that each of us already possesses our own answers. The role of the therapist is to help a client unlock or unpack one’s own inner truth to a healthier and more empowered living.

I have extensive training in trauma-related therapies including Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Mindfulness. I also provide counseling to address relational trauma, parenting, complicated grief, performance-related stress, and codependency. My role as a therapist is to assist my clients in exploring ways in which they are able to evolve in various areas related to spiritual, emotional, physical and social development. I not only strive for healing and stability, seek to inspire and further one’s self-determined growth.
