Hi there! I’m Lilly, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about helping my clients on their journey of personal growth, positive change, and healing. My approach My approach to therapy is client-centered. I prioritize my client’s values and chosen needs, and I meet them with unconditional positive regard, acceptance, and empathy. My focus I often work with individuals who struggle with self-esteem issues, effects of trauma, difficulty coping with environmental stressors, relationship issues, and feelings of worthlessness or being lost in life. My communication style I believe in creating an environment where my clients feel safe to be vulnerable to share their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgement or rejection. My journey to mental healthcare What attracted me to a career as a therapist is my personal journey with therapy, as it has supported me through some very challenging times. This experience inspires me to want to give back and help others in a similar way.
