I'm here to help two kinds of folks: those who are ready for a change and those who aren't. Change can be anything from feeling/functioning better to a major life event/transition. Sometimes, clients seek support with preparing for or coping with an unexpected (or unwelcome) change. Other times, clients are looking for a little extra help initiating or maintaining a change. Regardless of what brings you here, we'll work together to set goals that keep us on track for success.

I strive to identify and eliminate barriers to growth. Every client brings a unique skillset into therapy; my aim is to capitalize on existing strengths, introduce new techniques/approaches, cultivate intuition, and bolster confidence.

My practice is characterized by mutual trust, authenticity, and acceptance. I take a relational approach, which is empathic and attentive. I promote learning through discovery by encouraging clients to reframe and self-reflect. I also partner with clients to engage in cooperative learning, interactive processing, and problem-solving.
