Hello, I am a licensed clinical professional counselor, and have an Art Therapy background which enables me to utilize creative options in counseling. I am licensed in the state of Illinois and graduated from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. My work career has mostly been community outreach social work, but includes inpatient/ out patient hospital settings, and children's residential facilities.

My therapeutic style is a mixture of a few modalities. In my practice I explore existential, strength based, person centered, relational, humanistic, and harm reduction approaches. I believe that positive regard, respect and openness are core aspects of building a supportive therapeutic relationship that nurtures growth and change.

In my career I have worked with a range of clients and diagnosis. Most of my experience has been supporting individuals experiencing difficulties in navigating big life events and changes. In addition to that, I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, communication issues, PTSD, trauma, abuse, and substance use.
