I have worked for the past decade in a variety of settings ranging from outpatient clinics to hospitals to private practice. I take an integrated approach to therapy with a focus on psychodynamic psychotherapy. In essence, this means helping you to understand what has happened in the past so that you can better understand what is happening in the here and now. This insight can help clients make meaningful change in their lives. I also incorporate practical skills-building and mindfulness strategies to help clients process and cope with their feelings.
