I offer over nine years of experience working with a diverse range of ages, cultures, and concerns, combining education with professional experience from Chicago hospitals and Montana communities. I specialize in supporting healthcare professionals; those going through divorce; and those who identify as lgbtq+. I provide a therapeutic relationship rooted in compassion, authenticity, and nonjudgement, so that you can feel safe to be vulnerable in our work toward healing, resolution, and positive change.

Our relationship begins with a therapeutic alliance grounded in appreciation and respect for your unique history, needs, and goals. Our work includes finding the right balance, tempering the emotional with the practical; addressing unmet needs, unhealthy thought-patterns and perceptions; and employing mindfulness, self compassion, and coping strategies into our work.
