I am licensed in Oregon with 7 years of professional work in the Counseling field. My approach is to Witness clients with caring respect. I'll often offer Expressive Arts as a way for you to engage a little deeper with your whole being. (-No art experience necessary!)

I am especially passionate about self-empowerment for all ages. I can provide tender guidance and support to those who are on an anti-racist journey.

My experience also encompasses life changes, relationships, trauma and abuse issues, and coping with grief & loss. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
