Hello!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon with over 10 years of experience working as a mental health therapist. I have worked with clients from various backgrounds and with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, loss and grief, relationship issues, cross-cultural adaptation challenges, addictions, etc.

My counseling style is client-centered and strength-based. I believe my role as a therapist is to identify and facilitate the inner power in each client, and help them connect with the healing factors in their world, for them to self heal. I offer skills building and exploration of insights. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, dialectical behavioral, and trauma-informed eclectic therapy approaches. I will tailor my therapy methods and treatment planning to meet your unique and specific needs.
