About
On the outside, it looks like you have it all together, but deep down you feel confused, anxious, and stressed. As individuals, we experience life stressors/difficulties and at times, we can all benefit from therapy as a resource to develop a life of intention. Regardless of the reason, you know something needs to change. You deserve to feel happier, balanced, and fulfilled. As a licensed psychotherapist, I have experience in assisting adults, teens, children, and couples overcome presenting concerns. Although I firmly believe that clients are the experts of their own lives, I offer proven methods to support them on their journey.
As a systemic therapist, I understand that problems not only affect the individual, but also affect their social life, work, family, and romantic relationships. I view the therapeutic relationship to be the most important vehicle for change. Therefore, I provide a warm and nonjudgmental environment to guide clients through a journey of unbiased exploration. With an understanding that each client’s story is unique, I am able to evaluate and explore new solutions to create individualized care for each client. I assist clients in obtaining the tools they need to cope with challenges and successfully achieve the lives and relationships they desire.
With over five years experience, I have effectively worked with those who struggle with those who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, familial conflict, addiction recovery, grief and loss, anger management, goal setting, trauma, life transitions, and more. I utilize evidenced based models and techniques such as Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Mindfulness, and 12 Step Work.
I look forward to working with you to achieve your therapeutic goals.
