My name is Lezlee Henry-Dupoux. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Master Addiction Counselor, Life Coach, and Recovery Coach. I graduated from New York University in 1997 with a Master of Social Work. I became a therapist and coach because I love supporting and helping people obtain their goals. Providing a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment is key to bringing about the change clients seek in their lives and relationships. My approach is tailored to each client’s unique needs. Compassion, affirmation, exploration, and trust are at the core that helps reshape emotional experience, understanding, and behavior. Our therapy or coaching will focus on building our relationship as we work together on the specific issues you bring to our sessions. I assist individuals in overcoming personal obstacles by using evidence-practice interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, humanistic approach, Motivational interviewing, and other methodologies.
