Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor! I have been in private practice five years working alongside individuals, families, and couples to help manage a broad range of mental health problems including trauma related disorders, depression, anxiety, attention-deficit, grief, self-esteem, and infidelity. I work with both children (ages 5 and older) and adults using a range of treatments based on the personal needs of each client. Each client has their own walk in treatment and I try to respect the direction in which you would like to take your journey.
I completed my studies at the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master in Human Relations. I have worked in the mental health field for the last 7 years in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
I have experience with helping clients manage symptoms related to anxiety, depression, loss/grief, and trauma. My goal is to help others learn how to manage their emotions, improve communication skills, and learn more about themselves to live to their full potential instead of just surviving through life.
