I am a clinical social worker with 4 years of experience working with a variety of populations. I specialize in eating disorders, disordered eating, chronic-diet support, and body acceptance, but regularly see clients with anxiety, family/relationship struggles, and various traumas that affect their daily behavior.

My approach to my clients is warm, relatable, and laid-back. I don't ever want you to feel judged or not heard in sessions and will always have an empathetic ear. All of my clients are different and thus deserve a unique approach to therapy, but I utilize a mixture of psychodynamic approaches, ACT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy. I am currently in the process of becoming a Certified Body Trust Provider, offering a breath of knowledge in the body acceptance arena that can help you end your struggle with your weight, shape, or size once and for all.
