I am licensed in Arkansas with 3 years of professional work experience. I have worked with kids as young as 5 years old, teenagers, and adults. I have experience in helping clients with stress, and anxiety, anger management, & motivation, self-esteem, self-harm, depression, dysregulated mood swings, PTSD, suicidal thoughts, self-confidence and depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. As a therapist my goal is to help you understand and bring out the best part of “You” I am here to listen and help you overcome difficulties you are struggling with in your day to day life. My treatment approach is through Coaching, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy and Multicultural. I am very passionate about helping people find their inner peace and live a productive healthy lifestyle.
