Hi there, I'm Leslie! Hello, I am Leslie Wondra, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I understand no two individuals are the same, and I tailor our sessions to address challenges unique to you. My approach I have experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, an evidence-based approach to changing thinking patterns and behaviors. I won't just sit and listen. I will assist in the development of new strategies to reduce unhealthy patterns. Together, we will explore how your feelings of anxiousness manifest in your mind and body and develop new ways to react to stressors and life challenges. We will learn and practice new tools to help you feel grounded, confident, and back in control of your life. My focus I specialize in working with people who feel anxious, overwhelmed, and out of control by the changing world around them. I can help my clients understand their behaviors, learn new strategies that help them feel more confident when stressors manifest & find a better balance in their life.
