I have lifelong experience and a non-judgmental approach to my therapy. I believe in a straightforward approach within the sessions. I am an ally with the LGBTQ community, teenage concerns, young adults, women issues and couple’s relationships. I have lived overseas and in 10 different states, I have learned to appreciate many cultures and customs throughout these moves. I am a mother to 2 young adults and have been married close to 30 years. I do consider being a therapist a calling, I am honored to listen and help those in need.
