My name is Leslie Stambaugh. I am a professional counselor licensed in the state of Pennsylvania. I have over 7 years experience working as a counselor and behavior consultant. I have worked with adults and children of varying ages with a wide range of concerns including behavior issues for individuals on the autism spectrum, those struggling with anxiety, depression, addictions, trauma, loss and grief, parenting concerns and ADHD.

The stigma associated with having mental health concerns has kept many from seeking support. My approach to therapy is not to tell you what to do, but to listen with caring and compassion, allowing you to decide what is most important at this time, areas you would like to focus on. And together determine how I can assist and provide tools necessary for you to reach your goals, both short and long term. I would rather not focus on labels or diagnoses as much as how I can assist you to make changes that will improve your quality of life, that you may enjoy it to the fullest! My approach combines client-centered, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, motivational interviewing and mindfulness techniques tailored to meet your unique and specific needs.
