Hello, I am a resident of Covington Louisiana and have counseling experience for more than 20 years. Much of my career has been working with depression, anxiety, and grief and crisis intervention with young and older adults. I have experience working in group homes, psychiatric hospitals and outpatient clinics and crisis intervention.
My counseling philosophy is that I as the counselor I create a safe nonjudgmental environment to find solutions. I use cognitive behavioral therapy and client centered therapy and meet you where you are now to help move forward.
