In my private practice I really enjoy and focus on helping people with social and emotional coping skills and helping all ages with relationship and communication issues. I aim to help the individuals and couples learn about themselves via looking at their moods, thought and behavior patterns, in their daily interactions. My goal for them is to attain the healthiest version of themselves and to be comfortable within themselves. Acceptance and being our best self is the goal for individuals and being our best selves for our partners.
