I have over twenty years experience in facing the challenges of major depression and anxiety, cumulative grief, and trauma. My approach is based on Cognitive Behavioral and Rational Emotive foundations.
My masters in Social Work with Licensure in FL; pending licensure in CO stems from University of South Florida and my doctoral work is from the University of Sarasota. I am certified in Trauma Informed Care with a strong background in hospice, sexual abuse and trauma centers, and in co-occurring work with substance use and mental health challenges.
