Hi! I am a clinical psychotherapist that is licensed in Massachusetts + Connecticut. I’ve been in practice for 9 years, and I have a diverse background of mental health experience with children, teens + adults alike with various challenges (anxiety, familial conflict/interpersonal conflict, trauma, incarceration, self-esteem, body-positivity, boundary setting).

My style of therapy is highly influenced by CBT, humanistic, solution-focused therapies, and is always trauma-informed (even if we aren’t working together regarding trauma, life happens!). I am also in the process of EMDR certification and I am familiar with mind-body connectivity. The core value of the therapist-client alliance is holding space for growth and thoughtful reflection in a safe space with genuine encouragement.
