Hello. As your counselor, my goal is to empower you to face the many challenges that arise in life. I enjoy working with young women and individuals who may struggle in their relationships with friends, family, or a romantic partner. As a current PhD student at Regent University, I enjoy gaining new tools to help couples and families navigate conflict while helping individuals improve their communication skills. I look forward to the opportunity to connect with you on this journey called life.
