Welcome to Better Health and congratulations for taking this first step. Let me help you identify where you want to be and how to get there. I have been in the behavioral health field for more than 20 years and am thrilled about the opportunity to provide support through a virtual format!
Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, or addiction, we can identify steps of coping and move forward in a healthy and directed way. We can tap into your strengths (yes, you have them even if it sometimes feels as you don’t) and begin the process of unraveling what holds you back and how to move beyond it.

My style of counseling is holistic, free flowing and relaxed while combining a mindful and wholehearted approach to life. I am well versed in the different therapeutic approaches; however, I believe you are the expert of your life. We will work together as a team to identify what methods work best for you and how to get where you want to be.
