Hi! My name is Leslie Moseley and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). My master’s degree is in mental health counseling and I worked at the inpatient psychiatric level of care during my master’s level internship. I have over 10 years of experience in the mental health field and over 20 years working in social services. I am experienced in counseling all ages, children ages 5 and up, and young adults to our older, full of wisdom, retirement age adults. I truly love working in the field of counseling and believe that change can be only one choice away. Depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and relationship issues are some of the areas that I specialize in and have helped others find their way to a happier, well-rounded life. I also come from a long line of first responders and have first-hand experience with some of the challenges of being a family member of a first responder.

I am a single mom of a beautiful 22-year-old senior in college. She and I have been through so much through the years and I believe those challenges are part of what shapes me today in helping others through the counseling experience. I believe that we all have a story to tell and developing a strong, therapeutic relationship with you is something I strive for every day. To have someone in your corner to support you through life’s tough times can truly be empowering and freeing all in one.

Generally, I can respond to messages at least once per day but likely more often. We can schedule a video counseling session ahead of time, usually in the evenings or on Saturday.
