Hi, my name is Lesley (she/her) and I am a Social Worker in the state of Oregon. Looking for a therapist that is a good fit can be super daunting, especially when you need one the most. With me, you can expect a collaborative space where I will honor your boundaries and encourage your growth. I have historically worked as a therapist and crisis counselor who specializes in trauma, mental health concerns, mindfulness, self-compassion, life transitions, and relationship issues. The therapy modalities I incorporate into my practice are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed practice, and harm reduction.

Sometimes everyday life feels overwhelming and it feels difficult to do anything. Sometimes we feel like we don’t know how to take the next steps to get where we want to go. Sometimes we lose our sense of self and have trouble living our life with meaning. Sometimes our relationships don’t feel fulfilling or even actively harmful. These are some of the things I can help you with to create a life worth living. I believe that it takes a lot of strength to reach out for support and I believe that you already have so much resiliency that has taken you this far. I look forward to meeting with you!
