I offer individual and conjoint psychotherapy (with dating partners, spouses, adult family members) with ADULT individuals dealing with mental health and relationship issues. I have been practicing for over 25 years and thoroughly enjoying coming along side you to help you gain clarity, assist you in gaining valuable insight, and equipping you to reach your treatment goals and live a more fulfilling life. I have a background in the performing and visual arts, the corporate world, and the mental health field. I treat such things as depression, anxiety, panic, PTST, ADHD, shame resilience, accountability for reaching goals, getting unstuck, grief and loss, singles, premarital, marital, 50+ Aging and finding new purpose, learning healthy self care, work stress and burnout, balancing work and family. I also provide personal therapy to psychology graduate students.
