About
Burnout, ongoing stress, anxiety and worry are sometimes symptoms, telling us that something needs to change. I believe one of the main reasons for being on earth, is to uncover our true selves. Simply living in this world and responding to its demands, one can easily lose sight of this. Who we are, what is important to us and even what makes us happy can become lost, when our focus takes us away from our center. Placing too much of our focus on the external, often causes the internal to become unsettled; however, shifting that focus, can often improve the outcome. Utilizing evidence-based techniques from mindfulness practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a mix of time-tested techniques from yoga, bodywork and more, I offer my clients the opportunity to understand themselves and their purpose more clearly. This often leads to feeling more in harmony with life than in conflict; more joyful and optimistic than anxious or pessimistic. If you feel stuck, burnt out, or notice increased stress and you’re unsure how to navigate these areas, now may be the moment to create meaningful change. It is my desire to help you on this sacred journey of self-exploration.
