Seeking help can be one of the most difficult things to do. If you're seeking counseling services, you probably recognize things aren't working, you're stuck, hopeless, and/or maybe you don't know where to go from here. You might be numb or feel like everything is too much. Your experiences are important and valid, but it can be hard to see that after dealing with it alone for so long. You want to live your life without this bringing you down.
