I received my Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Southern University and am licensed as a Professional Counselor. For the last nine years, my counseling experience has been across a variety of treatment settings to include; inpatient and outpatient facilities, alternative school, substance abuse, and community based services. I’m diverse and use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, and psycho education to individuals . A holistic approach is utilized by exploring with and educating clients about how mind, spirit and body are interconnected.
