I hold my Masters in Social Work and have continued on to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked in the mental health field in some type of position for the past 10 years. As a therapist, I have served all populations, including gerontology, families, substance use disorders, children, adolescents, inmates, first responders, and veterans. I am trained as a birth-to-five specialist, in Eye Movement De-sensation and Reprocessing, Advanced Motivational Interviewing, and other evidence-based models. I most often use these models in addition to Cognitive Behavioral Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
