As a mental health therapist, I aim to take part in helping you through your journey of achieving your goals. You will be provided with a safe space, where you can freely talk about presenting problems or issues in your life without feeling judged and with unconditional positive regard. We will work together on what you would like to achieve from therapy and steps to get there. This includes exploring thoughts, feelings or behaviors you may be struggling with. The counseling approach I use depends on the needs of my client. Some techniques I have much experience with includes person-centered, mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral therapy. If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, feelings of being stuck, overwhelmed, or anger, we can work on addressing your needs and working through grief or trauma you may have experienced. It is important to be able to utilize or enhance your skills and strengths, as well as create a more balanced lifestyle.
