I am a clinical therapist licensed in Maryland since 2012 and my clinical specialization focuses on helping you manage and overcome depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, post-traumatic stress disorder, and sexual trauma.

I have been told that my counseling style is warm and compassionate. I treat everyone with respect, I listen actively, and I am sensitive to your needs. I believe that individuals can heal better in a therapeutic relationship that provides a comfortable and empathic environment. As a clinician, I provide individual therapy that is based on your strengths from an eclectic integrated theoretical perspective. I primarily utilize humanistic, existential, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral approaches. Your treatment plan and our time together will be designed to meet your needs.
