My goal as a therapist is to make clients feel supported, heard, and understood as they navigate life’s challenges. Having an understanding counselor can help provide a safe space to process emotions that arise from those challenges. It would be an honor to be a part of your therapy process.

I believe that each individual is an expert in their own life experience and that they have the wisdom to uncover what they need to live a healthy life; having a supportive therapist can help with this.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania with over 8 years of experience working as a clinical social worker; my Master’s of Social Work is from the University of California, Berkeley. I have worked with people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, severe mental health diagnoses, substance use, trauma history, relationship issues, career challenges, life transitions, grief, and everyday stressors.

My counseling style is caring, warm, and non-judgmental. My goal is to help clients develop strategies to manage life's stresses in a way that works for the individual. I believe in treating everyone with respect, dignity, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy and Motivational Interviewing; I also pull from other theoretical models as needed. I will tailor our therapy and treatment plan to meet your unique needs. I am here to help you get what you want out of the counseling experience.
