Hi I am a license clinical social worker licensed in the state of Minnesota with experience working primarily with children and families. I have worked with a wide range of concerns such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, parenting problems, ADHD, adjustment disorders, ODD, and condition disorder.

I would describe my therapy style to be calm and interactive. I believe that everyone has the tools they need within themselves and with the right guidance, accessibility, and understanding they can learn to use them. I treat everyone as an individual and will always start where you are

My therapeutic approach is a combination of cognitive- behavior therapy, holistic, and humanistic therapist. My approach depends on you and your treatment plan. I will meet you where you’re at.
