Throughout my life, I've experienced severe levels of trauma, anxiety, and depression. I know what it feels like to not see the light at the end of the tunnel; but if you can't see the light, you can at least see your next step. My treatment approach varies based on the needs and goals of my clients. My overall treatment methodology involves ERP, CBT, and Person-Centered Therapy. At Solomon Psychiatrics, I'm here to turn our biggest weaknesses into strengths, and our scariest fears into confidence.
