No matter what path we think we’re on, life can have a way of changing course on us. Hi, my name is Lee and I’ve been practicing individual and group therapy for approximately six years. My work experiences have led me to help individuals with substance use disorder, antisocial personality issues, depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar, and schizoaffective disorder, to name a few. I have worked with individuals ranging from fourteen to sixty-five years of age and have worked in both publicly funded and private pay settings.

Although I have experience using a variety of modalities such as CBT, DBT, and MI, I have found that I prefer to use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) when helping individuals achieve their therapeutic goals. If you decide to work with me, you will have a therapist that completely, wholly, and compassionately accepts the specific issues that bring you to this point in your life. From there, we will work together identifying treatment goals that align with your self-identified values. Finally, I will help you work to use the skills we will cover in our meetings to be more like the person you’ve always wanted to be, loving yourself and your life.

Lastly, I would describe my therapeutic style as relaxed, casual, and warm. I pride myself on creating a safe-space to help my clients feel free and open to express and share whatever issues they find themselves dealing with as well as helping increase their awareness of life factors that may be inadvertently or unknowingly affecting their physical and mental health.
