About

I am an LCSW, licensed in Utah, Oregon and Florida. I've been working in the field for over 20 years, and am proficient working with clients addressing multiple issues; grief and loss, the effects of past traumas, anxiety and depression, self esteem issues, LGBTQ challenges, and believe we all do the best we can given the information and skills we have. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral, Brief Solution Focused, and Acceptance Commitment therapeutic approaches in my work with clients.
It's an honor to be invited into client's lives as they uncover their potential, overcoming and defusing old messages/beliefs, moving forward with newfound skills and courage in reaching their own personal goals of wellness.
