I am licensed in Washington with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression and mood disorders, LGBTQIA+ -related issues, trauma and abuse, & coping with grief and loss. I also have experience working with polyamorous and kink communities.

I provide a trauma-informed therapeutic approach that is rooted in a feminist and anti-oppression framework. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and EMDR, and my orientation is influenced by philosophical and spiritual components of Buddhist mindfulness practice. I aim to develop appropriate and effective treatment strategies that fit you.
