Welcome to the Find A Therapist community! I graduated from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley with a Master’s in Counseling in 2016 and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in the state of Texas. I have over 3 years of experience working as a clinician for adolescents and serving different populations in the community. I have served clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, anger management, survivors of sexual abuse, and other traumas. I have experience in working with people of other countries, given that I worked with immigrants.

My counseling style is casual and conversational. I like to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for my client. I believe in treating people with respect, empathy, and patience. One of the most important things to me is to empower my clients and strengthen their emotional intelligence. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, existential, humanistic, client-centered and rational-emotive counseling. I will adapt our conversation and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
